Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Steak and Potatoes

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless ribeye steaks, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 gold Yukon potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 3 Tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes to ensure consistent cooking temperature throughout the process.
  2. Prepare the Steak and Potatoes:
In a large bowl, combine the ribeye steak bites, bite-sized potatoes, olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss everything together until well-coated.
  3. Cook in the Air Fryer:
Place the seasoned steak bites and potatoes in an even layer in the air fryer basket. There’s no need to spray the basket. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time. Cook until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the potatoes turn tender and golden brown.
  4. Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:
While the steak and potatoes are cooking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley to finish the sauce.
  5. Combine and Serve:
Once the steak bites and potatoes are done cooking, transfer them to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce. Gently toss everything together for about a minute to coat evenly. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For the best flavor, use Yukon gold potatoes as they cook evenly and have a creamy texture.
  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
  • If you prefer your steak more well-done, add an additional 2-3 minutes of cooking time.
  • For added flavor, substitute smoked paprika with chili powder or cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
  • This dish pairs beautifully with a side salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
