6 exercises for a perfect figure, which are performed in bed
Forcing yourself to engage in regular sports or at least do morning exercises is an impossible task for many girls, but there is a way out. Several exercises with which you can pump your buttocks and abs without getting out of bed. This is a bomb!
Below is a set of exercises that are easy to do without getting out of bed. Make yourself comfortable, play your favorite movie and combine business with pleasure. And for the “bed workout” to be as effective as possible, use fitness elastic bands that will help work out the whole body.
Raising the leg up from the “lying on its side”
A simple but effective exercise for working out the muscles of the legs and buttocks. A sure way to get rid of the problem zone “breeches”. Lie on your side and stretch your legs. Place one hand on your elbow for support, and place the other on your upper thigh. The whole body should be in the same plane.
The elastic should be in the middle of the calf. As you exhale, lift your upper leg as high as possible with effort, while straining the buttock, and while inhaling, return to the starting position. Try to do the swing without jerking, feeling the work of the muscles.
Reps: 20 (per leg).
