These 3-Ingredient Date Bars are a simple and nutritious snack that is easy to make and perfect for a quick energy boost. Made with dates, raisins, and almonds, these bars are naturally sweet, chewy, and satisfying. Customize them with cinnamon and shredded coconut for extra flavor.

Dates Bars:

  • 1 cup dates, pitted, dried
  • 1 cup raisins, or other dried fruit with no added sugar
  • 1 cup almonds, roasted, salted, or other nuts

Instructions
