			Dates Bars:
- 1 cup dates, pitted, dried
 - 1 cup raisins, or other dried fruit with no added sugar
 - 1 cup almonds, roasted, salted, or other nuts
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
 
Toppings (Optional):
- shredded coconut, no sugar added
 
Instructions
- Process Dates and Fruit: In a food processor, combine dates and dried fruit until sticky and forms a ball.
 - Add Nuts: Add almonds and pulse until finely processed and combined.
 - Form Bars: Press mixture into a pan lined with cling wrap. Chill.
 - Slice and Serve: Remove from pan, slice into bars, and store in an airtight container.
